Nia teacher

In 2008, I went on my own journey, which is what I am and who I am. Initially I stabilized myself with the strength of Pilates, and then came the flow of Nia, which gave me the freedom of my soul (and my life). In 2010, I got my first Nia belt, followed by two more. When I dance, everything is in place: my head clears and the presence becomes conscious, consciousness. This is what I share in my classes and retreats, so anyone who honors my trust and goes with me can join this.
